I lost a friend and colleague Wednesday.  He had just been re-elected to the West Palm Beach City Commission.  I worked with him when he was on the Planning Board in the 1980s.  He was a good man and conscientious about his district.  The City of West Palm Beach has lost a remarkable citizen and friend of the people.  God Bless.
