Wakodahatchee Wetlands

It is about 15 miles away in Delray Beach and it is magnificent for bird watching.

There are a number of small islands with birds and

It is a very fun day. It is a place where EVERYONE is smiling. Only place I've been where everyone is smiling, friendly and almost everyone has a camera. Quite a few different kinds of cameras. The gentlemen and lady have the huge professional cameras.  However, everyone is friendly and part of nature. Wonderful place to be.  I don't remember the names of all the birds, please feel free to comment.

I may be too late to be picking these up. . .heart!

Several weeks ago I had picked up a few without spots.
I love to use them in my journal and collages.
They say it takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to appreciate them, a day to love them, but then an entire life to forget them. Take the time to live and love.

“Disappointments in love, even betrayals and losses, serve the soul at the very moment they seem in life to be tragedies. The soul is partly in time and partly in eternity. We might remember the part that resides in eternity when we feel despair over the part that is in life.” ~ Thomas Moore ~
