New Doll in town.  She's dressed brightly and ready for adoption.  Rushing around, getting prettied up.  She has heart shaped lips for kisses, hair bows to keep her hair out of her eyes and pretty pantaloons.

Bird on a Wire

On my mile walk, this is what I saw.  I have never seen a long legged bird on a wire before.  He's just a speck on the middle right of the picture.

I love seeing what I can find.  Butterflies don't light, ducks don't stand still, but I manage to find something when I walk all around the neighborhoods.

With a little help from my friends/family

I wanted to share my simple joys of Christmas.  Katy knew my decorations would be sparse this year, thinking about the loss of my father. She put together the Basket of Lights with fresh Christmas tree boughs. It is beautiful and smells devine.  My daughter found the small table top Creche (this is always a must every year). Of course, my stocking. . .  This is a wonderful tribute to friends/family that they pull together to help my Christmas be so special.
