Began raining early a.m. 

River runs down the courtyard.

 Stopped raining for a short time, supposedly. . .

However Rain has no time table. . . nor a watch 

. . . went to an open house for video store.

 Rain started over an hour before they said it would.

 The normally dry Ark River now is not dry  . . . .
