Heavy rain at night after digging had begun the day before. . . there was a LAKE in the courtyard overnight, fortunately the patio did not flood.
We have heat now, but no hot water. . .they had to put in new pipes. . .throughout complex.

Not sure when there will be Hot water for bathing. . . washes . . .Dishes. . . .None since 30/Sept.
